you can do the following in order to copy the file from the CD to the computer:
Right click on the AVI file–>select copy–>go to your videos–>right click on the blank space—>select paste and it would start copying the file.

jail broke mine and then the jack where you plug in earphones broke, so i took it to best buy to see if they could fix it, and they didn’t care that it was jail broken. They couldn’t fix it so i sent it in to apple, and they knew it was jail broken and didn’t care. They couldn’t fix it and sent me a new one.
I might have just gotten a guy who was in an extremely good mood though. If you jailbreak it it does void the warranty.
